If you do not see an "add to cart" button, the item is most likely sold out or discontinued and is only listed for product marketing purposes.

All of the women's shirts sold on Flyclothing.com are a junior cut. The sizing will vary from manufacturer but most items will be smaller because of the cut. If you have specific questions regarding a product size, please email us or message us through Live Chat during regular operating hours.

Flyclothing, LLC has been in business since 2000 and is based in Arizona. The business was started in 1996 in Redondo Beach, California after discovering some awesome rock and roll shirts made by Dragonfly in a window in Venice Beach, CA. A few shirts were purchased and the business was born!

We do not have a physical store, only warehouse and office. We do not offer customer order pick up at our warehouse.

GENERAL HAT CARE (To learn specifics about your hat, please visit the Hat Care tab on the product page)KEEPING YOUR HAT IN GOOD SHAPE Many of our hats come with a wire in the brim so you can shape the hat to match your style. With a little practice, you can reshape your hat brim easily.Western styles are generally worn with the brim turned up on the sides. Australian style hats look great with a dip in the front and the back.If the crown and brim get out of shape on a wool, straw or cloth hat, you can use steam from a teakettle to reshape it. Hold the hat in the steam and allow it to soften. You can then reshape your hat to its original shape and then let it cool down before wearing.*Always place a hat upside down on its crown if you do not have a hat rack for storage.Cloth Hats It’s best to spot clean all cloth hats with a damp cloth using cold water, or hand-wash in a sink if necessary. We recommend using plant-based soaps because regular detergents can be toxic for our waterways.Always let your hat dry naturally. If your hat gets out of shape, you can use steam from a tea kettle to reshape it. Hold the hat in the steam and allow it to soften. You can then reshape your hat to its original shape and then let it cool down before wearing.Another option to take out wrinkles on the brim is to place a clean rag or old T-shirt over the wrinkled area then iron the area.Straw Hats Straw hats can be spot-cleaned with a damp cloth. We recommend using plant-based soaps because regular detergents can be toxic to our waterways.Always let your hat dry naturally. The leather dressing will darken the hat, mask the stain, and make the hat more waterproof. If you are just wanting to remove a small mark in the hat, sometimes rubbing the area firmly with your thumb can erase the mark. Also, you can try chalk that is a similar color to the hat. This can soak up an oil mark. Afterwards, rub the chalk off the hat.Suede Leather Hats A light-grade sandpaper or soft cleaning brush can be used to take out marks on suede hats. We have even used clear, soft erasers. Make sure the eraser is not colored, as this can leave a mark. There are also many non-toxic, waterproof sprays available to give your hat added protection from stains and rain.Wool Hats Using a lint brush or the adhesive side of tape will remove dust and dirt on wool hats. If your wool hat gets out of shape, you can use steam from a tea kettle to reshape it. Hold the hat in the steam and allow it to soften. You can then reshape your hat to its original shape and then let it cool down before wearing. Always place a hat upside down on its crown if you do not have a hat rack for storage.The Difference Between Crushable and Packable Many of our cloth hats are packable. Generally this is an unstructured hat or unblocked.This hat you can roll up and put in a bag and it will look fine after travel. We use the term “Crushable” for hats made from materials that can be accidentally crushed but not meant to be packed away for any amount of time. Most of our wool, leather and straw hats are crushable.

Yes, we do ship internationally. The list of countries we ship to can be accessed by using our shopping cart. If your country is not listed, we most likely do not ship to it. All international orders are shipped via USPS Priority mail or USPS Express. Packages usually arrive within 2 weeks of shipment. If you order from overseas, please be prepared to provide proof of your information. We may require a faxed copy of a photo id and the credit card issuing bank information. This is solely used for verify your identity and confirm information for valid shipping.

In the days where service has become impersonal and everything is done electronically, it is tough to create a relationship with a person or business without the upfront contact. After-Sale Questions

Thank you for the question...and take a deep breath. The newsletter coupon will be sent once the email is confirmed in the system, which could take several hours. You may want to also check your SPAM folder to make sure the offer didnt go there.

We currently do not offer a catalog. Our products often change and keeping up a catalog becomes cumbersome and expensive. The website acts as our current catalog of product offerings.

We have a clearance category. Any item listed in this category is considered clearance regardless of pricing format. All items marked clearance are not eligible for discounts, returns or exchanges so please make sure of the item before purchasing.

Many customers expect that the shipping speed that's listed next to a shipping rate is also the number of days it will for the order to arrive. However, most of our manufacturers have at least 24-48 hours of processing time before the order is shipped. The total time delivery is the processing time plus shipping speed. Most items are delivered within 3-7 days depending on method chosen.

If you tracked your package and the USPS says it was delivered, than the postal service scanned the package at the time of delivery and left it at your location. If you live in an apartment complex, you may want to check with your office. If you didn't receive the package, you'll need to talk to your local post office and postal carrier with the tracking number we provided in our automatic email. They will have the best information regarding the package and delivery. We have no other information regarding the package other than the date we shipped and when the package was scanned and delivered by the post office. If you didnt receive the package even though it was reported as delivered by the post office, then you'll need to file a claim with the post office and your local police department. If the package is lost, we do not credit accounts where the postal service says the package was delivered without a police report.

We are unable to credit orders already placed with coupon codes. Coupon codes must be entered at the time of placing order.

Shipping Questions

The arrival of items depends on the processing time of manufacturer, location of delivery and shipping method chosen. Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 days and delivery time depends of shipping method chosen and location from manufacturer. Free shipping is usually sent via UPS Ground or USPS Parcel post and cant take up to 5-10 days.

Shopify only allows merchants to put up to two days for processing. We have addressed this issues with them as some manufacturers require more time especially if item is custom or coming from overseas.

USPS Express, UPS Overnight, UPS 2nd days are all considered expedited shipping methods. USPS First Class mail and USPS Priority are regular shipping methods. USPS First Class mail is up to 15 ounces and USPS Priority is anything over a pound.

If you received a notice that your package was delivered but dont see it, please check with everyone in household or if you have a parcel box, check there. Some items require a signature and you may have a note on your door or within your mail. On occasion, carrier may scan prior to delivery and package will be delivered by the end of the day or next.
